Beginning his career at an estate agency, Kevin quickly ascended to ownership, later selling it to pioneer his own property development ventures. His accomplishments include founding a lucrative Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) lettings business, highlighting his exceptional skills in portfolio management and strategic investment. Kevin has also successfully developed a proven water credit offsetting scheme utilising his own housing stock, an initiative now expanding across the private housing sector. His relentless drive and deep market insight have solidified his reputation as a distinguished leader in the real estate industry.

Ben Kirk
Ben Kirk serves as Director of Manorwood, a prestigious historic building consultancy, and Promethean Planning, a specialist in planning consultancy. With 20 years of experience in handling development projects throughout Sussex, Ben has crafted a robust network with developers, consultants, and local authorities. His extensive knowledge in environmental constraints, particularly water neutrality and nitrates neutrality, enables him to provide innovative solutions, including the strategic use of water credits. A project board member on a Sussex estate regeneration initiative, Ben is also a full member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) and a recognised advisor under the IHBC’s Historic Environment Service Provider Recognition (HESPR) Scheme.
Neil Jaques
Neil Jaques is a Director at Motion and a civil engineering expert with a focus on water-related infrastructure. He has over 20 years of experience guiding complex projects through the planning stages. Nowadays Neil specialises in providing flood risk advice, drainage solutions and achieving water neutrality compliance. Since 2021, his team has been pivotal in navigating the challenges posed by new regulations, assisting developers in the North Sussex Water Resource Zone. Neil’s innovative approaches to environmental compliance have ensured high success rates for an array of development scales, from residential to large commercial projects.
